During the past 10 years, money and debt problems have been on the increase in

England and Wales.  Never before has the level of debt been so high.  Consumers

now owe more than one trillion pounds on mortgages, loans and credit cards.

 

When people seek the help of the CAB, they can be assured that advisers work in a confidential and
